Beautiful resort, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Our concierge Modesta was wonderful!! She took care of everything from dinner reservations to spa and everything inbetween! Truly an amazing vacation!!

Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience. Despite paying $1,900 for a one-night all-inclusive stay, we were charged separately for breakfast the next morning. The explanation given was that all-inclusive coverage ends at midnight, which was never made clear. This policy feels misleading and left a bad impression. I would suggest choosing one of the many other excellent resorts in Puerto Vallarta instead. Very disappointed. Will never come back.

We had a great time! The resort is amazing - the staff members are absolutely wonderful, the rooms are large and beds/pillows comfortable, fun activities, lots of varieties of foosd!

The staff was wonderful and always attentive. Our room was clean, well kept, and did not disappoint. Would highly recommend and plan on returning again some day. Loved every part of this experience with Garza Blanca!

This hotel is very nice, clean and well maintained.The Staff is very friendly, food is delicious.They have differents stunning restaurants.If you want to visit a beach outside the hotel you can board the bus crossing the street next to the hotel, it runs through several beaches and arrives at the Zona Romantica and Muertos Pier.
