一般 First step into the establishment was unpleasant I was basically asked why I was there, doubled charged now I have to wait 5-7 days for my own money. Plumbing was the worst Worst day ever

超赞 We were given a first floor suite which made it very simple to take our pug out for potty breaks. Room was very clean, well lit with all accessories in kitchenette. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. I highly recommend staying here.

I lost my identification and they wouldn’t let me check in with my 11 year old daughter and we was homeless and on top of us not being able to check in because I lost my wallet before I got there and kept 2700$ and never gave me a refund!!

Was never able to check in because I lost my identification due to domestic violence and I tried multiple times to try to check in and was told I couldn’t with my 11 year old daughter that were fleeing domestic violence and I have emergency custody..that being said I have been trying to get a refund that this was all the money I had left and still no refund me and my daughter been on the street for 3 days now..worst experience ever can’t believe how I was told a week ago I’d have my refund in 24 hours due to my situation..still haven’t received anything

I’m in a domestic violence situation with my 11year old daughter and I lost my identification and was unable to check into the hotel I tried calling several times and now I’m in the street with my daughter for 3 days already and still have not received my refund..that’s the last money I had left I’ve been paying for hotels the last 3 months and it’s taking forever for someone to get back to me
