We stayed here for 2 weeks. It was within a 10 minute walk from my family, which was the reason for our stay. Across the street from the railway station, which was great for us. Laundry facilities. Single rooms are snall but convenient, and quiet. Limited English amongst staff. Tub/shower unit has high sides which may be hard for some to get unto to use. Wonderful selection for breakfast, and within walking distance to McDonalds , KFC , Bronco Billy's. For visitors from outside of Japan, please remember the counrty you are visiting and be respectful. Would stay here again.

大浴場は広くて、サウナもあり非常に快適でした。長男と一緒の旅行でしたが、大浴場の横にはゆったりとした空間があり、テレビも寝て見れますし、漫画もたくさんあって、長男は喜んでいました。コインランドリーを利用中にプロ野球もゆっくり見れました。部屋もきれいですし、朝食もおいしかったです。

2階には、大浴場がありゆったり出来ました。コミックコーナーもあり、一緒に行った長男が喜んでいました。フロントの方々は非常に親切でした。

Breakfast was so yummy! Comic collection was great too.

Everything closes so early. Hotel beds too hard but decor in rooms very dated . this hotel was cleaner then the other Route Inns we stayed at for this trip. Free breakfast coupon was appreciated and breakfast delicious Staff amazing , polite and efficient.

Excellent location next to the train station, close to restaurants and bars, friendly staff, clean & tidy.

The staff are very friendly at this hotel. The room is a typical room in a Japanese business hotel. It was clean, had good amenities and the WIFI worked well. The breakfast buffet changes slightly each day, with the staples remaining the same, miso soup,rice and bread. I would stay here again.

Perfect and excellent full view of Mt Fuji form the facing window of the room. The rooms are too clean and over maintained.

Found the westerner beds hard and uncomfortable - had accidentally booked a smoking room and found it unbearable- the hotel staff were very accommodating and shifted us as soon as they were able. The public baths are of a good standard. Breakfast was included and was of a good standard with Japanese and Western style food available.

Minokamo is just a stopover for taking the nagatetsu train so what we are looking for is only a decent room with a comfortable bed. Given it is a small town and the room rate is not cheap, we don't expect the room to be as small as those in big cities in Japan. A bit disappointed in this respect but the size is still okay. Considering the facilities provided, it does live up the name of a big hotel, with a hot communal bath and coined washing machines. There are also great varieties of food in the breakfast buffet.
