there was no receptionist what so ever and the breakfast option that I bought I couldn't even use since they stayed vouchers would be given but there was no receptionist to get them. Overall bad service but great rooms.

We arrived mid-afternoon with no way to check in due to absentee manager and contact info provided didn’t work. Fortunately a business owner upstairs in building were able to contact manager on our behalf. Apparently the very same situation happened days earlier with another travelling couple! Room itself was satisfactory, although spa/hot tub had inadequate hot water supply and we found it awkward to bathe in.

Well located, comfortable and clean

Clean room

Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, nice clean room. Can be pretty noisy in the mornings if you have the window open like we did…but nothing to really worry about too much.

Room not clean . Need to be painted

I was contacted by the property manager multiple times asking for my arrival time so they could have staff available for check in, but there was no staff present and the doors were locked. We booked a suite with the understanding from their listing that there would be a mini fridge stocked with free beverages, but the fridge was empty and didn’t even work. When I contacted the provided phone number they said Italian law prohibited them from selling any beverages. Why promote the free mini bar with suites if you legally cannot provide the beverages? There were clear markings on the doors to be out of your room by 11 AM for cleaning every day, which is totally reasonable, but we had a teenager in jeans and a tank top knocking on our door at 9:30 AM asking if we’d want it cleaned. Lastly we didn’t even have a shower in our room. We had a hot tub. Not a large bathtub but an actual hot tub. This took about 30-45 minutes to fill and it was never clear which direction the knob needed to be turned for hot water as the consistency of the water temperature changed every day. We will never recommend this “hotel”

Reception was very friendly. Good place for a quick stay. Only recommendation/downside is there was no conditioner, no lotion, and no drinking water. The information booklet in the room was outdated so the information was incorrect. Other than that is was good.
