Ok so here’s my take on this place. Super duper excellent staff that goes above and beyond. The hotel itself has maintained its old school interior and design and somehow its pristine clean, but it is not modern so if you go there expecting all the new age whistles this place might not be for you. But, if you’re looking for old school design and charm and excellent service then this is your place. I see this hotel as a 4 star and I for the love of me don’t understand the 5 stars. No way for 5 but definitely a solid 4.

My stay at Maiden’s Hotel in Delhi was truly memorable. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and helpful right from the doorman to the front desk team especially Azajudeen, who made me feel warmly welcomed throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a deluxe room, which made the experience even more special.
The breakfast spread was wonderful- a lovely mix of North Indian, South Indian, and fresh pastries. The housekeeping team and room coordinator were exceptional, constantly checking in to ensure everything was comfortable and perfect.
What I loved most about the property was its peaceful blend of heritage and nature amidst the city. The gardens are beautifully maintained, with peafowl and peacock wandering around. I even caught him dancing. Around the swimming pool, the trees are alive with birds: parrots, Indian mynas, eagles, along with the familiar crows and pigeons, while squirrels dart around the pathways. It felt like a serene green escape tucked inside bustling Delhi.
A truly charming heritage stay made even better by the kindness and care of the staff.

The breakfast was incredible with a vast amount of choice. The pool area is charming being a haven away from the craziness the Delhi Streets.

Our stay was brilliant. The kitchen staff were very helpful and took very good care of my son who suffers from a severe nuts allergy.
The rooms were maintained and kept well. The staff were very friendly and polite and always offered to help us. Overall this hotel was fantastic and the service was phenomenal.

Everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond in our expectations. The hotel is kept in immaculate condition. This was our second stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint.
