迪拜君悦酒店 (Grand Hyatt Dubai)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Excellent hotel and good amenities

What i liked: The hotel itself offers a fantastic experience. The service is excellent, and the check-in and check-out processes were completely smooth despite the hotel being crowded. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the food options across the property are amazing. What i didn't like: The water park experience was awful and completely overshadowed our stay. It is heavily overpriced, which clearly inflates the overall room rates. It is marketed for kids, but they refuse to accommodate basic toddler needs. Security confiscated the baby food we brought for our 1 and 3-year-olds, even though no venue inside sells baby-friendly food. The manager, Zeeshan, was incredibly unhelpful and unsupportive, only letting us bring in a tiny fraction of the food. Later, security told us that if we wanted to feed our children the rest of their meal, we had to take them outside to eat in the intense Dubai heat before coming back inside. In 11 years of living in Dubai, I have never experienced such terrible customer service. Avoid if you have young children.

Nice hotel, great leisure area. Multiple options of restaurants

.I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your property from April 9th to 16th. I have stayed in the UAE multiple times, and interestingly, during this trip I stayed at Hyatt properties in different locations—including Dallas and Oman—and was assigned Room 616 each time. My stay at your Grand Hyatt property was overall excellent, and I truly appreciated the service and experience provided. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding a billing matter. I was charged AED 700 for a couple of laundry shirts, which I found to be quite high. Given the broader challenges affecting the region, I had hoped for a more considerate approach. Additionally, at the time of checkout, I specifically asked the front desk if there were any outstanding charges on my account and was informed that there were none. It was therefore surprising to see that three days later, my deposit was released with a deduction for the laundry charges. I would appreciate clarification on: Why this charge was not communicated at the time of checkout Whether there is any flexibility regarding this charge I want to reiterate that my stay was otherwise very pleasant, and this feedback is shared in the spirit of transparency and improvement. I look forward to your response.

Rude staff at pool side and waterpark. 3 people questioned if my newborn was wearing a swim nappy, then went on to ask why it looks swollen. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Manager did nothing to resolve apart from say sorry. We left early
