Lovely luscious room

Well presented, clean and spacious. Lovely view over Hyde Park. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Our stay was fantastic and very comfortable, will definately be back next time we are in Sydney.

Breakfast not good. Location excellent.

Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location. We’ve stayed here several times over the years and have always enjoyed our visits. It’s reasonably priced for Sydney, and the front desk staff are always lovely, friendly, and helpful. The only drawback is that parking for larger vehicles is off-site.

Well located & priced accommodation with parking and complimentary breakfast.

Off site parking is absolute rubbish. You put your car away and if you want to take it out again within 24 hours, you have to pay to park it again. WIFI didn't work so they patched me through to a technician who couldn't fix it on first attempt but said, " don't worry, there are many things we can try". I just drove for 6 hours, so, no thanx. So, all in all, 3 days of paying extra parking fees, 3 days of walking 2 city blocks after parking, 3 days without WIFI and not a single apology to be heard. Not my idea service, unfortunately. I won't be back.

Great location. Close to train station and bus stops. Very clean and comfortable beds. However the furnishings are a bit tired. But it’s great value for money.

The room had everything we needed: light breakfast included, great view of Hyde Park, very comfortable, great location and helpful staff. The only criticism is the squeezy bottle for soap and shower gel was difficult to dispense - needed gym workout muscles to use.

Very nice useful kitchenette in room. Pleasant balcony with nice view of Hyde Park
