Sonesta Select Seattle Bellevue Redmond

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Great place to stay. This is our go to when we visit Bellevue.

The room was fine, except the lighting. One of the biggest issues with hotels is the lighting...too dim. Feels like living in a cave.

It was comfortable felt pretty safe

The staff was terrific. Wish the Hot tub would be fixed. My family really enjoyed the pool.

Always coming here during tournaments weekends, very convenient

The room is always clean and staffs are nice

Clean room, staff super helpful

We never had issues staying at this property as I have left prior reviews, however, our last night, which was one of our most important nights to get sleep due to the 20+ hour drive we have the next day with children… the people saying next-door were extremely loud and being extremely disrespectful and sounded like they were tearing up the room almost all night into the early morning. We called downstairs several times to be told that the gentleman at the front was the only person there and he didn’t know what we expected him to do and that he apologizes that we had a busy day ahead and we had kids but there wasn’t anything he could assist with. He basically told us “that sucks”. So in hopes that there should be some coaching with the younger staff members on customer service and empathy, we will return…but if we have another experience like a rockstar night gone wrong next-door with no apology or anything to acknowledge understanding. I would advise not to stay, especially if you have children or plan to stay for work.

I am glad they now provide free coffee and tea and popcorn.

The hotel was quiet
