Pros:Location was excellent ..very close to public transport. The front desk staff is excellent. Cons: The AC was not working throughout our stay and outside temperature was 80-90F. The front desk did provide fans. The shower drain was not draining very well. The lights

Excellent location, service and hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast but it would be nice if they have laundry facilities.

The property is well located and clean. It is barebones in terms of amenities. What I missed most is the safe and iron. Like other Ibis hotels rooms are smaller in comparison to hotels in the same catergory.

Breakfast excellent, which is important as no coffee machine in our room; staff very helpful with poor working AC; parking in garage a big plus too. Would definitely come here again.

Bonne literie, bon lit et oreillers. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel aimable. Et vraiment bien situé, certain tram en face de l'hôtel et tram et métro à 5 minutes de marche a la gare de l'Ouest . De là on va partout dans la ville. Et le boulevard de l'hôtel à quelques minutes à pied magasins et boutiques. Nous avons été très heureux de notre choix

Good place and good staff.

Convenient location and decent overall for a few days. Reception staff were friendly and lovely. Easy to get around via the metro and trams! However, we felt that it was lacking in amenities. The hair dryer was easily the worst one I'd ever used. Laundry is an extremely overpriced service, so we ended up having to go to a nearby laundromat. There's no fridge or kettle or iron so I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

The stay was comfortable.
