Good value for money - but very thin walls, can hear noise from other rooms very easily.

Great location near restaurants, public transportation and Kings Cross / St Pancras train station. Good price / value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Full kitchen. Fun “take a book / leave a book” library. Great communication before arrival. Need to empty rubbish bin inside sleeping room every day. No A/C and hot weather made it difficult to sleep.

We booked last minute as somewhere cheap and cheerful near King's Cross for a football match. 4 bed dorm was perfect for the 3 of us. Bunks were pretty comfy, noise was as you would expect on a main road running past a train station

Staff - very friendly Noise level high even at night - doors banging all hours; thin walls Bathrooms/ Shower/ Toilet - only 3 shower stalls on our floor; some stalls have NO hooks to hang your towel/ clothes; with a small shelf to put your toiletries Private Room (public shower)- room clean, bed sheets clean; no chairs to sit on; no small table to put your things; we used the window ledge to hold our personal items; room has small sink to wash hands and brush teeth

When you walk in it smells like a portapotty. Check in was easy and the staff was very nice. However the bathroom was so nasty. Ended up booking another hotel within 20 minutes of checking in.
