兰卡斯特酒店 (Lancaster Hotel)

The economy room was too small. Should have upgraded. Location was very good for what we wanted to see.

This hotel is a special jewel in a residential part of Milan. The breakfasts are elegantly served, and delicious. Outstanding staff.

The hotel is a very old property but is well maintained and the staff were excellent. There is no restaurant in the hotel but several good restaurants within 5 minutes walking. Breakfast was buffet style and very good.

Beautiful hotel and perfect stay in absolutely every way!

A very lovely hotel at a convenient location to explore the city and its surroundings; with a wonderful staff and amazing breakfast, we highly recommend it.

Nice hotel

Delightful staff made you feel personally looked after, especially the patron who supervised breakfast each morning - he had a positive word for everyone

I have just spent a few nights at the Lancaster Hotel in Milan and was really impressed. It’s a lovely hotel with character, the room was spacious and very clean, with all the facilities you need, air con, usb charger socket, safe, tv and a nice bathroom with good shower. Nice breakfast in the morning. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff, they were all so very friendly and helpful, they really make you feel welcome and your stay so much more enjoyable. If I return to Milan I would definitely stay here again, excellent. Thank you!!

Great location not close to but not far from central points of interest - did the hop on hop off for city views and Duomo location. Really beautiful city- great restaurant recommendations from the staff too. Lovely stay.

The hotel was clean and well maintained! But it was super old! They had one key to the room that you had to drop off at the concierge everytime you left the hotel. Their breakfast wasn’t good compared to other hotels I stayed in Italy. Their vegetable and fruits were stale and when I asked for fresh ones they said they were out..
