The room smell something from the restroom

Overall hotel is goog, just a bit distance from shopping mall and hotel do not have phone to use for local call at lobby area

I liked how the staff was helpful when i had an issue.

The Grand Sahid is well located city hotel. It is an older property that is well maintained although the rooms could be stand to be updated. Staff is helpful, breakfast is good.

Room facilities are need to improve (Need to renew?)

Hot water was at most luke warm. Amenities lacking. No bathrobe. Breakfast was poor.

The little shop next to the lift, good friendly staff and helpful and the lounge staff good. My room was always cleaned each day and he did a good job. The only downside was the beds, mine was uncomfortable and hard.
