Clean safe and good Neighbourhood.

Location was great, 15 minutes walk to the colosseum and 5 minutes walk to the Roma Termini station. Staff were great, fast service and huge shout out to Lorenzo. Clean hotel all around.

My wife and I had a great experience. We loved the easy access to Termini and enjoyed a couple of great nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was wonderful. Considering the location, we found the room size larger than expected.

Very good location. Right next to main terminal. Staff was super friendly Rooms were a bit small but that is normal in Europe

Great breakfast, kind staff, spacious and clean rooms.

The staff was so welcoming and our rooms were very clean and very comfortable. We found the location convenient as it is near the train station, museums, and restaurants.

The room was clean and spacious with daily housekeeping. The staff was eager to please. BUT, for anyone with mobility issues DO NOT count on the fact that they list an elevator as one of their amenities. There is a step up from the sidewalk to the reception area then there are another 7 steps up to the level where the elevator begins. Interestingly they have added a wheelchair lift to deal with this problem, but no one at the hotel knew how to use it and later they said it could not be made to work. So I ended up carrying our folding mobility scooter up the stairs for the duration of our stay (they did offer to move us to another cheaper hotel). Another point is that they have cards in the room recommending a car service for transfers to the airport which I used to book our transfer. After arriving at the airport the driver said I needed to pay him directly. I later discovered I was billed twice, once online and once by the driver. Don't use them.

Proximity to the train station Spacious room and bathroom

Stayed at this location during an overnight layover in Rome. The AC is a central unit and there is no way to adjust the temperature in your room… it was so hot we had to get a fan and still couldn’t sleep. Also the showers slope toward the bathroom area and there’s no door.. so after 2 minutes in the shower, the entire bathroom floor flooded and ran into the carpet in the room. Had to use our clean towels to mop up the standing water enough to use the restroom Notified the night front desk attendant and she said both the AC and shower issues were “known problems.” During checkout, the morning attendant acted surprised to hear of the issues. We were tempted to just eat the charge the night of and walk next door to another hotel just so we could sleep. Convenient area to Roma Termini train station but highly recommend another option for lodging.
