很好 Clean and spacious rooms, our toilet was not clean on arrival but it was quickly sorted by the reception/cleaner. Comfortable beds, quiet location....we slept well. Breakfast was nice, lots to choose from. Wellness area is lacking slightly, the pool is very small. The lift to rooms is currently out of service so they operate a shuttle from the main entrance. The restaurant/room service are pricey but there is a shopping mall with large Tesco nearby. Overall a good stay.

Room was clean, property was beautiful. Everything outside the room was fantastic. We were a little disappointed in the pool area because it was above ground and very little deck space to “lay out.” The bedroom ac did not cool properly, so most nights we lied on the bed without covers. Also the beds very hard and not too comfortable. The gym area was very good and the area around the property was very nice. We did not eat at any of the restaurants on site because the prices were very high.

Breakfast was a good spread. The cable car was delightful. The wellness area is quite dark and the swimming pool not suitable for children. The cleaning was not great with dead flies on the windowsill, random piles of sheets left in the room and no clearing of teacups. Trams and metro are nearby and lots of shopping and food options. It was fine.

Great hotel with spacious clean rooms & many amenities as mentioned.
The cable car to our hotel room was a surprisingly fun feature. Hurrah!
We only stayed for one night. The hotel staff were friendly & helpful. I would book this hotel again. Professional, modern, quality hotel.

Convenient location a short walk from a shopping centre, tram stop and Andel metro station. Away from the main tourist area but only a short metro ride away. Many restaurants close by and a food court located in the shopping centre. Generally friendly staff (but not overly friendly). Quiet, clean, modern and spacious room although it was sparsely decorated: a few soft touches and more wall decorations would be good but not a major problem. Clean and modern bathroom. Bed on the firm side which suited me. Short ride in a funicular to get to this hotel from the hotel below was an interesting feature- I never had a problem with a queue. Pool , jacuzzi and sauna area is quite small and not really suitable for lounging in. Good choice at breakfast with eggs and crepes made to order. Good value and would stay here again.

Petr communication was amazing. Messaged before and after our trip. The facilities were great. Amazing room. Walkable to all the sites in Prague. Only 5 minute walk to an amazing shopping centre and food court too. Great location overall. Very safe and what a beautiful city Prague is!
