I feel like parking fee is a deciding factor for me

Your team was awesome for all my issues and safety predictions ect I may of seemed flighty as such. Keep up the good

The only issue was that the heating didnt work

Warm welcome at check in. The place is starting to look a bit tired - especially bathroom. The sealing around the bathroom sink was poorly finished - not what you would expect.

All the staffs are very friendly .

I always stay here when I need to be south of the river for hospital etc . Lovely warm atmosphere very helpful staff. Good location for everything city short distance, then lots of really good restaurants and eatery’s on Preston street 5 minutes walk. And one of the best bakery’s in WA at Preston street shops plus fantastic hair dresser and ladies fashion shop. It’s got everything even a chemist .

Great rooms at a Reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stay was good as usual and not the first time I’ve stayed at the Pagoda will stay again without hesitation's. Only thing was ordered room service for dinner and it was average maybe it being a Tuesday night not sure…

Lovely suite, clean and tidy. Bed was too hard for me personally but hubby was comfy. Nice sheets and duvet. Spa bath in our room was very small we would have preferred the corner baths as seen on the website. Lovely to have complimentary kit Kat and water bottles. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.
