Check in was simple and the room was clean. Friendly staff and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Excellent customer service friendly staff clean rooms ,- quite hotel

Bed was comfy, room was really dark slept in lol

T.V not working, room floor still had alcohol spills on floor and stunk of cigerettes, a shame as always been good before on stays

Staff were friendly and helpful, and good central location in Cairns.

Been staying here reguarily for the last 10 years at least. Always treated well and with respect. i like the convenience of the location, north side of town not too far from the airport and plenty dining options right there. My go to in Cairns.

An excellent affordable stay which goes above and beyond with amenities and effort. As long as you are fine with a little noise this is an excellent stay!

Parking was safe, room clean. Just the noise outside the property. People yelling and calling out all night.

Clean room, convenient location.
