米兰香料酒店 (Spice Hotel Milano)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Best location, very friendly staff and very clean space.

Great location if you are arriving at Milano central train station … easy check in and super friendly staff … nice bed and tv, small room but good layout design … only miner problem was the room was too cold .. but it was fixed as it seems the AC can be controlled from the front desk.Didnt try the breakfast as there are many cafes / restaurants close by.

The hotel advertises on booking sites as accessible with a step free path to entry. But the main entrance is up a 4” step, and the step free entry is a side door they keep locked for maintenance use only.

The only downside to the room we’ve stayed in was the air conditioning which wasn’t working at all. Everything else was too.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved having a balcony both in the room and bathroom as well. Very convenient to Milano Centrale station (around the corner). Metro station at the end of the block so easy to get around the city. Excellent restaurant - Caffe Panzera for breakfast, lunch, and dinner right next door on the corner. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay if back in Milan!

Property is very close to the Centrale train station and to many restaurants and bars. Employees are very nice and the balcony rooms so beautiful. They offer breakfast but we decided to go out and around. Totally recommended

Clean property with decent breakfast spread. Very close to Milano Centrale train station.

The good: Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the central train station. The bad: I stayed in the month of July and the room was very hot due to air conditioning malfunction. I complained from the first day and they sent a technician the next day, but it didn't help much. I complained several times on different days, but it wasn't until the last day of my stay that they offered to change my room.

The toilet seat was broken and the bathroom just kept leaking water all over our room every time we took a shower. The janitorial staff was very helpful and did their best but the hotel management was not helpful at all and accommodate us to another room or compensate us for the bad bathrooms. We were told to email the hotel management which we did along with pictures we took as proof and there has been no response. Very poor.

Overall the hotel is nice.
