凯悦迪拜广场酒店 (Hyatt Regency Galleria Residence Dubai)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Pool was too crowded, for breakfast you had a queue, you had to wait in line for 30 mins & then all counter for food was almost empty, looked more "Seeking paradise, but found a parade instead."

An excellent property at an awesome location.

The hotel is outdated and in need of renovation. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing and did not meet expectations. It feels like the good old days of this hotel are gone. The only positive aspect is the location, which is still very good and convenient.

Spacious rooms. Clean with all amenities. 15 to 20 minutes walk to gold souk and Abra . We had a great stay.

Room, staff, and views and everything about Hyatt's is excellent.

the staff at check in was great. i added two mornings for breakfast. this is a separate payment from the hotel stays. the second morning, i called the operator telling her that we overslept and we need to cancel that morning's breakfast. she assured me we can do that upon check out. the staff at check out will not refund our payment. i completely understand if i purchased the breakfast WITH the hotel stays. but this was a different transaction. the manager on duty was of no help either. he just moved his head sideways saying ok. i was not going to stress myself fussing over the refund. but they were so dumb to handle the situation

Room was neglected. Staff came to clean and did not left extra toilet paper. Breakfast was not worthy. They did not have the american style such as bacon. Very limited. Bed sheets have holes. Not worth the money.

Room is so spacious and clean

Best variety of breakfast and staff is very helpful.

Great location, and the place was spacious for a family of four. It was very neat and clean. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of English and South Indian options, both hot and cold. The supermarket in the hotel was reasonably priced, and there are plenty of shops, including an ice rink, within the hotel. Overall, excellent value for money.
