BSA双子塔酒店 (BSA Twin Towers Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The hotel only has limited parking spaces so they were full and we had to park in a pay parking up the street. We killed a cockroach in our bathroom.

Low key, low profile and cheap. You get what you pay for with occasional small visitors (cockroaches).

Easy check in and check out. The room assigned to us feels like unused due to the smell. It was clean though.

Cockroaches in the room.

When arrived there was no internet or hot water Shower wasn’t working properly and there were cockroaches in our suite Told the staff multiple times, but nothing was done about it Staff were helpful but the room was not up to standard

Toilet flush doesn't work properly.

The Deluxe room #3207 was infested with tiny cockroaches in the bathroom especially at night when lights were turned off. There were some in the main room but not as much compared to the bathroom. This hotel charges for amenities i.e. toothbrush and extra pillows which ordinarily are free in other hotels.

They dont really have a shuttle like from what the hotel services description. The door knob was kinda dirty but the employees were helpful

Excellent customer service from staff. AC withstood the intense heat. The kitchenette was definitely useful.

It’s a good place to stay.
