佛罗伦萨多莫斯酒店 (Hotel Domus Florentiae)

Very good location, and the staff was amazing. One of the best costumer service was the hotel staff and a restaurant we keep going because the food was amazing and the costumer service the best ever! The name of restaurant is Gustavino, I just don’t have words to explain how they made me feel after founding some rude people. Please visito both hotel and restaurant Gustavino in Florence.

Best service ever, I strongly recommend it!

Great location and reasonably priced for a quality hotel. Coffee service in the morning was very good. Will stay again when visiting Florence especially by train.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Positives: quiet rooms (in a city full of noisy traffic and people), excellent showers with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Not so great: furniture and fixtures not in great shape, nothing fatal but knobs missing, wobbly tables and the like.

Excellent location with a great breakfast provided. The staff were outstanding-always cheerful, friendly and ready to help.

Our room was clean and small but fine for just the two of us. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of the city which was convenient for walking to see the sights.

The location is excellent, the staff are respectful, and the breakfast is good. However, the windows are old, which makes the nights quite noisy. Part of the curtains has fallen, the divider between the two beds is unstable, and the WiFi is very weak.

Nice hotel great location

Staff were great and room was comfortable

Hotel was older but in a good location. Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Several great restaurants and eateries within walking distance.
