Walking distance to areas of interest. Rooms are well maintained and sufficient amenities are provided. Very polite and helpful staff. Hotel is a little aged but comfortable. Beds could be a little softer and thicker blanket should be provided as it was cold even when the air-con was set to 25 Deg C

It was close by to everything and I’ve stayed here before just needs touch up looks run down now penthouse

The location really worked for me. Ten minutes walk to the action at the bars and also to the ferry pier. Close enough but also relatively calm. Seemed to be able to accommodate a variety of needs: families with children, romantic couples and guys there to party.

Location just put of town. . up a hill right next to main road and overpass....rooms small but they are clean with adequate amenities . promotional price is excellent value.

I am happy to choose this place for my stay. This is Very Good considering the price.

One thing you must take note, hotel showed breakfast is included in room price but when booking was finished, it has just confirmed Room only, breakfast was not included....

we were stay at manita boutique hotel pattaya for 3 nights during the pataya international music festival. the hotel is located near balihai pier, good location for music festaval, easy to walk, we got a good sleep, abf was not good enough if you mentioned yourself as 4 stars hotel, small pool.

They have piped music in the rooms which is a nice idea.
