(Hilton Garden Inn New York/Manhattan-Midtown East)

The hotel was in a decent location, was clean and beds were fairly comfortable. However the elevator was sooooooo slow . At one point wait 15 mintues. Housekeeping uses it as well so guests are competing for it with the employees. The only other complaint was blanket was seriously the thickness of a napkin. All in all if you want something clean, comfortable this would be a good choice

Smells so good as soon as you come in! Lets you leave luggage there before check in & after check out if flight leaves later!

Pleasant stay for me and my 3 kids

Great location

Everything was excellent. The only inconvenience we had is the elevators. They were constantly repairing them and it’ll take from 15 to 25 minutes to get down from the 13th floor. That’s if, getting lucky if you catch one of the elevators.

water is $3 a bottle. No good.

The location is great. Walking distance to subway, Times Square, restaurants etc. rooms were decent size. The only complain I had was that the pillows or flat and awful. Didn’t enjoy my sleeps

There was no ac or anything towels, we was in a very dangerous place, she then relocated us to a different place and it was even worse
