We recently stayed at this hotel. The location of the hotel is great if you want to be near restaurants and shops. When we stayed there London was experiencing a heatwave in the 89's and 90's. Shortly after checking in we realized there was no air conditioning in the room. There is air conditioning in the lobby. The room had two small table fans and the window only opened an inch or two. With no air circulation and air conditioning the room felt like a sauna. The room was unbearably hot. We wound up checking out early because the heat was making us sick. We did inquire if they had any rooms with ac and were informed they did not have any rooms with ac. Do not stay here in the summer months.

Wasnt too happy the Hotel took 90 pound as a pre authorization payment wont receive it back for one month Also need a physical card for payment Then they needed a deposit on check in so cost me a fortune before any stay Stayed in apartment 1 A and the noise underneath from the restaurant constant banging and smashing until 1 am got very little sleep all weekend Other than that it is a nice hotel, staff were very helpful Good location for metro, food places and right beside a large shopping centre and the town .. lots of little bargain shops in the town and also there was a market with rides for the kids ... a lovely park and playground 10 min walk

The room was very tinny. No AC, no fridge, the safe did not work. The window was very small. The weather was very hot and with that small table fan they provided could not get the job done. I spent most of my time outside as the room felt like I was in a prison.

Nice clean room. Staff were really friendly fab customer service. The on site cafe was really good great value for money. I would stay again.

The best staff I’ve encountered in a long time. The rooms are small but very clean. No air conditioning. The only problem I had was I’m the hotel policy wouldn’t take a major credit/debit card because it required a signature (not sure why as I use my PIN any other time abd it wouldn’t pull up that way in their hotel payment machine).

Value for money but super close to train station make it worth it

For a hotel on a city street it was a prime location to a small shopping mall, restaurants, stores and a public transportation hub into London and throughout. We enjoyed the convenance and price point.

To be fair the outside doesn’t do the inside any favours, it does not look much at all! However the staff were great, friendly and very helpful. They helped book a taxi and let us know when it arrived. They couldn’t do enough to help and check we were happy every time we past reception. The room was small but functional and comfortable. A small hidden gem, perfect for exploring London, trains only 100m down the road and affordable on a budget. Would recommend

Many cheap discount shops in rhe area

We were able to check in early and staff was kind, the coffee in their cafe was delicious.
