Very convenient location to explore Hanoi. 2 min walk from night market. Very close to train street and the lake. Staff is super nice. They asked us everyday about our room. We had an overnight flight so we arrived early in the morning and they offered us a room and breakfast for very reasonable price. They even gave us a souvenir during check out. Breakfast was good. Happy with the decision to stay at Classy Holiday and Spa.

Great small hotel to stay for a few nights. Our room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Would stay again

Nice property- good restaurant and friendly staff. Very helpful for sightseeing and shopping information. Excellent value

I stayed at the hotel for nearly one week. The hotel is narrow and unnoticeable from the street, thus a bit hard to identify as I arrived at night time. There were street stores around the area selling herbal medicines. The area was safe and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room in the 7th floor. There is a lift to get there. It did not work for a day or two but it was quickly fixed. Breakfast was standard as everywhere else where I stayed in Vietnam. My bed was smelly but the bedsheets were not changed during my stay.

Great location to walk the old quarter streets.
