CLean room. Breakfast had a nice selection. Staff was friendly and helpful

Clean spacious room. Great shower. Lifts available or you can risk your neck with Dutch staircases haha. Very good location

Location is great, staff was wonderful but construction was awful and we had hard time getting transportation to our excursions we almost missed it. They need to update all the rugs other than that it was great.

There was a pair of dirty pants left in the room that had been missed by cleaners. It has some really narrow stairs and my daughter's were put in a room with a very narrow curved stairs which were dangerous and when I complained I was told there was no other rooms available and I also said we weren't offered any assistance with bags knowing they were in that room and was told I should have asked. Other staff were helpful when we arrived before check in and allowed to leave luggage. Hotel in a lovely location and has a nice bar area just let down by some staff

The hotel is in a great location. The room was huge and had an outdoor view, even though it was in the basement. The breakfast was great and had a lot of quality options. I would highly recommend the place.

As soon as you walk through the doors you are welcomed and taken care of by an amazing staff who will handle everything that you need. The rooms were amazing beds were clean and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. The food was great and again the staff were fabulous. They will always give you great ideas of what to do close by. I recommend this establishment to everyone I know.
