The room was excellent and was clean. One suggestion would be to provide at least two pillows per person (so a double bed would have four and a single would have two). All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is super convenient with the two main mosques (Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque) being about 7-10 minutes walk. The tram is also very close. The breakfast provided was good but could benefit from having a fresh juice station (it was a diluted offering) and a better hot beverages machine (the cappuccino and lattes were not great).

The hotel’s front office and housekeeping staff were very helpful and nice. Hotel’s location was also excellent for most of the historic sites such as Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia, Underground Cisterns, Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar.

The hotel is very well located in the Old Town. It is nice and the staff is very nice and helpful. The air conditioning wasn't working for the 1st 2 nights which made it a very uncomfortable night. But it was fixed for the rest of our stay. The room decor is a bit tired.

Perfect location and great rooftop views during breakfast

Great hotel in an ideal place to stay. Can visit the historic sites easily within walking distance, close to the bazaars and lots of options for restaurants. Hotel staff super helpful.

Nice people and it is on a central location for all attractions, walking distance to Blue Mosque is 5 minutes

This hotel has a convenient location, however it desperately needs a makeover. For the price they are charging, we did not think it’s justifiable. The worst thing is that there is no real functioning air-conditioning in the room and we were roasted every night (There is a fake control that only recycles air) . The bathroom has no ventilation. When you take a shower it turns into a steam sauna room. Our room and bedding also had a weird smell. The staff is surprisingly distant and no hospitality to speak of. No breakfast was offered. The roof top restaurant has a nice view, however it doesn’t serve alcohol or fresh juice. There are so many hotels in the area, choose wisely.
