The gym, pool, jacuzzi and sky bar are not 24 hours access. Also the jacuzzi says it opens at 3pm but they actually don't start it up until after 5pm, like wise with the sky bar area. The pool is small unlike the image where they exaggerate the size and it seems bigger. In our room, the cushions on the sofa had fluid stains which made us question Hygiene. The most concerning things was, on the first day when we came left and back to our room, the cleaners cleaned it but it oddly had a strong smoking odor like someone smoked in our room or a smoker came into our room. They also claim we lost a small towel upon check out, so instead of disputing it, we said we will just pay for it which was another odd thing. We paid alot of money for this place and thought it was a 5 star but it was really a 2-3 star mediocre hotel. You can find better with the price paid.

This place is conveniently located near Monivong Boulevard and Psar Thmey. It's a great value: not luxurious, but I don't feel like I'm compromising safety or comfort. Cold A/C, helpful staff, loads of hot water. The internet access isn't great, but I have a generous data plan on my phone, so it wasn't an issue. Pro-tip: skip the expensive hotel breakfast and walk to the corner. There's a shop within spitting distance that sells the city's best bai sach chrouk (grilled pork on rice), which matches perfectly with the sweet iced coffee. And in the evenings, they sell beef skewers and baguettes. Some of the best food in the Penh.

Clean room staff friendly location good but wi-fi no good for a couple days during my stayed four days

The room and hotel were average. The location was good. The hotel charges a $50 cash only deposit but, has no ATM on site. The hotel does not offer a laundry service. The staff was friendly. The hotel restaurant is over priced compared to local restaurants.

The hotel is great and only a short ride away from any attractions. The area is great and I felt safe. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again if I came back. The breakfast is a bit basic but it’s cheap so that makes up for it!
