Pleasant stay, central location

Great location, good breakfast and great rooftop bar

Large clean Bedroom/ Bathroom, breakfast delicious, staff friendly and helpful. Has elevator and restaurant. Will stay again!

We was very impressed with the property’s central location and the warm, contemporary decor. The entire team was exceptional; the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about local restaurants and attractions, and were helpful throughout our visit. Additionally, the service in the restaurant and bar was consistently friendly and attentive.

So close to Trevi! Close to many sights.

Perfect location, central to everything and within walking distance & public transportation. 3 women staying in the 2 bedroom family room was perfect. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The bathroom was excellent with great water pressure, spacious shower, and very clean. The breakfast was very good with a nice coffee machine in the breakfast room. Disappointed the coffee bar in the lobby was unmanned for our entire stay and there is no coffee maker in the room only The Staff was very nice and helpful. The A/C was sufficient, I run hot so for the normal people in the room it was perfect even cold. The room was very quite, we

Through third-party an additional room was accidentally booked. We asked the hotel to correct this and they refused saying the third-party had to cancel and they could not. I’ve now heard back from Expedia, who has clearly said it is the hotel that has declined the refund. So they charged us for two rooms despite this being done in complete error. Insisted they had no control over it extremely disappointing to take an additional $800 from someone for a mistake that I am still trying to work out with Expedia. This was after I had emailed the hotel to confirm our single room. They had confirmed the reservation and did not ever mention. There were two reservations for only two people.

Hôtel bien situé, propre. Personnel très accueillant. Très satisfaite de mon séjour.
