The breakfast is good. Friendly front desk. The mattress need to be updated.

Confortable stay for those who travel with family or couples. Good location and the hotel staff is helpful & friendly. Overall my family & i are happy with our stay.

So far everything is good Only The Wifi Connection didn't work

lembang is nice area and gumilang hotel give a nice touch for the family vacation with children

The hotel is nicely furnished and staff are pleasant - but it all ends there. Greeted by dead cockroach in the room, and staff didn't know what an insect spray was - brought an air freshener. there's no wifi in or near the room, although the router was right outside the room. Approached the reception and was told nonchalantly that wifi only available in the hotel lobby and restaurant. Staff are poor with English and can't comprehend simple questions and requests like asking to confirm the airport pick up or to be informed when your transport has arrived.

It's Great, except the morning breakfast. Maybe should improve the chef cooking style towards international standard. Gym was not open when i went there, but it's still ok.

Pretty good except the bed cover was dirty and the wifi can't be used.

Need more staff or bell boy in the lobby to carry our luggede
