The ocean view suite was delightful and very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty with excellent variety of international and local favorites. The staff were always friendly, smiling and very helpful in making our stay a great experience.

Reception staff were wonderful, however the room was very small, shower had leaking shower head, the drains were clogged , and water was sipping towards the sink. Couldn’t get the TV to work . Breakfast didn’t have much options , rice was half cooked. I would really suggest them to replace the maintenance supervisor.

We booked two Premium Marina view rooms via Expedia. Excellent booking experience with Expedia.
Very disappointed with the rooms allocated to us. Both had a really bad smell that lingered. We made a decision to approach the reservation staff. They were super helpful. The onsite Manager was very good.
I’m glad we did as since I agreed to pay for any difference for an upgrade. They upgraded us to Superior ocean view rooms. Those rooms were spacious, clean, updated and with amazing views.
We would like to Thank the staff for their prompt actions and to the duty Manager.
The buffet breakfast and dinner we ordered at their restaurant were really great. It turned out to be a wonderful time for my family at the Pearl.

Staff were incredible, truly made the stay. Downside was they were doing room renovations along the block we where staying in which was very fumy, not great with a infant.

Room was clean and put together so no complaints there. Staff also were helpful. Limited activities and food menus and service were sub par. Food was probably less than subpar. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I was using as a stationing ground only. I was very disappointed with the food since there really aren’t any options nearby for alternatives.

There was a bit of confusion on check in as they have two lobby’s and one accomodation section on the marina and another facing to pool area. We went to one but we were staying in the other.
I was unwell and just wanted to go to the room but we were kept waiting some time and then eventually walked down to the other lobby and as we went I was told we had a room upgrade and we were in a premium room now and got given the key to that room…and then we got to the other lobby and they took that key off me and put us back in standard room!
The bed was comfortable, the fly screen needs replacing as a few holes but on Marina so lots of mozzies.
The restaurant food range was pretty good and the staff were all very friendly. Probably the best hotel in the area without paying $500+ a night

Staff was AMAZING, especially Simeli, Mereoni from Activities and Maggy at reception. You can learn so much about Fijian culture with the Fire Walkers, trip to the village, Kava ceremony, etc. The beach was beautiful and the rooms fantastic. The food was delicious and the hospitality of everyone went far and beyond. Vinaka!

超赞 The resort was so laid back and relaxing. We were treated like family by the staff. Their breakfast buffet was excellent and other meals at the restaurants were also very good. We both had massages at their spa and highly recommend it. We had an issue with our rental car not starting, and 3 of the employees went out of their way to make sure that we got it resolved. Overall, we highly recommend staying at this beautiful resort. The grounds and vegetation are gorgeous, including a beautiful Lilly pond by the spa.
