Easily the best, most comfortable, clean, spacious and well appointed motel I've ever stayed at!! Sensational value for money, close to shopping, the CBD and the waterfront, easy parking, beautiful grounds, super-friendly staff, simply AWESOME!!!

It's an old motel but well maintained, the room was super clean, staff were lovely and the combo of aircon and fan worked a treat. Didn't hear any noise from other visitors either. Would stay again.

The rooms were great. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. The shower also had amazing pressure. I loved that the town centre was only a few streets away. We stayed at another hotel after Avlon Gardens with a higher star rating and Avlon put it to shame. I highly recommend Avlon to anyone travelling to Ballina.

Comfy bed and a friendly welcome. Quiet location - the black out curtains were amazing! Great to have a microwave.

We've well looked after by the host during our stay. Also, they kindly droped us at the airport without extra cost. We strongly recommed this accomodation, being very comfortable and good value for money. Thanks.

A great place to stay with a friendly atmosphere, room was tidy & comforatble.

Although this is an older motel, we could not fault the place. Spotless. Roomy. Well appointed.. Reception welcoming. Would definitely stay again if stopping in Ballina.
