孔敬冰川酒店 (Glacier Hotel Khon Kaen)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Very nice, well maintained, helpful staff, close to bars and restaurants

Good air con and location is good

Pool is indoor and small. I was surprised to find the usual complimentary tea and coffee in the room did not include tea?

Friendly staff

We had a pleasant stay. Good value, good location. I didn't see any of the problems mentioned in the reviews. Maybe the showerhead is a little low, but I'm taller than average. Breakfast was good. Service was good. I've stayed at much worse in USA for 5 times the price. I've stayed at 5 different hotels in Khon Kaen and this is the best so far.

Excellent staff

Excellent customer service

Friendly helpful staff, nice quiet room with good aircon, good breakfast

Reasonable stay. The room was big and staff were friendly.

The bathroom had significant mold present. The room smelt stale. the bedding smelt of stale perspiration to the extent of me putting one of the pillows in the cupboard to hide the smell. Curtains in the room are filthy. The Hotel is old and in need of extensive maintenance/renovation. The pool is not up to standard, did not look clean. I would not swim in the pool. The restaurant only served breakfast.
