Hotel staff were very kind and accommodating, offering to store our luggage and use the hotel wifi until our room was ready. Rooms were small for our family of 4 but very clean and beds were comfortable. Location was excellent with both Disneyland and Paris within easy reach by train (RERA). Good value for money overall.

Very quiet area clean very close to the metro for Disneyland 3 stops large supermarket 5 mins away it was a perfect place for the parks really quiet friendly staff good value

Great place to stay on a short trip. Basic but has all the essentials you need. The room was clean and tidy, staff were polite and helpful. Simple but good breakfast. Convenient location too, with the RER just a short walk away. Disneyland is just a 10 min train ride away. Would recommend and stay again.

Shower was amazing. Room was exactly what we needed. All 5 in one room but still king size bed.

Hotel was under remodel, but rooms were clean. Good breakfast.

This property has a great location, located steps from the Torcy Train RER Station, shopping Malls, restaurants. Disneyland Paris is also very close. When I stayed, this property was under renovation, so it was dusty. But this property was nice located.

It was having work done which we wasn’t told about, was noisy early on. Had to ask for clean towels which took along time to get hold Of . Rooms was nice , small but worth the money we paid. Only 3 tram stops away from Disney and 45 mins to Paris .

Very hot in the room

Everything was terrible. The rooms, staff

Lighting in the room was very poor and our radiator was broken. This was not ideal when it was freezing temperatures and snowing.. we had one pillow each(there was 3 of us) and asked for more from the reception and he gave us one more- when we asked for one each.. I asked again and he said he would bring more but he didn’t not come up with them. All plug outlets are away from the bed and the shower temperature is very sensitive. Shower curtain was filthy. However, on a positive note this hotel is located right beside Torcy train station and a shopping centre.
