First off the valet staff was amazing people! Especially the wonderful valet lead! The desk people seemed a bit helpless other than the initial check in person. Everything else was slightly ran down and like the pool lights held together with zip ties and electric tape for the sink stopper. If you offer in room safes don’t work maybe security could hold the item instead of being best to store in a car. It was still a great stay due to the walking range of things to do and food.

Location is great. Hotel could use a little maintenance, however that maintenance is just aesthetic. The offerings, location, and generally this hotel is great. I have stayed there twice! The pools are great. You do not even need to cross a path to get to the beach.

There seems to be an issue with staffing the maids. We waited over an hour to physically enter our room. The electric outlets in our room were horrible. The location is wonderful as well as the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The maids seemed understaffed but they were also amazingly accommodating. Same goes for the valet staff. I did find that the beach rental prices were excessive. Great place, just needs a little fine tuning
