The listing of the room seemed to have changed after I made the booking. Pictures of the higher tier "apartment" were listed under the lower tier "studio" and the room I ended up with was a complete mismatch of what I booked, and was in poor condition. I contacted the property and they did not acknowledge my comments and refused to offer a better room. They kept repeating the same response like a robot: They don't have other rooms in the same category. Period. I had to leave the property and find another place to stay.

Good location 10 min to Earls Court station Good supermarkets and shops near by Very close to the Natural History and V&A museum Has lift which was very handy we had a small balcony which we didn’t use as the weather was bad Would stay again

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Knaresborough. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is great for access to the underground and local restaurants/grocery stores.

All fine, except asked to ask for ironing board and kitchen towel

Dirty room (dusty floor, oily kitchen stuff, wet shower floor and bits floating down the toilet) I asked a explanation for it and they offer a cleaner the following day. Pointless as I started to pay from the minute I walked in. Not from

Very nice place and the neighbourhood súper

Great location, staff was very responsive, place was clean and everything was functional. Definetely would stay again and would recommend.

Very central. Very clean. Very useful to have a small kitchen.

A equipe foi gentil em atender nossas solicitações. A localização é excelente. O piso do banheiro é aquecido, muito bom no inverno.

The location is wonderful but the bathroom was so awful that I wouldn't rebook. The shower wasn't exceptable for this price point. It flooded the entire bathroom which is extremely small to begin with.
