Japan hotel is very good experience

Nice room and good location

Small hotel but was very clean. Having washer inside the unit is a big help. Complete with kitchen. Good for smaller families or group.

The facility was great all around!! Very spacious and comfortable rooms.

Very well kept. Easy check in process.

The property is in a good location with station, shops, cafes in close proximity Comfortable beds, clean, good size room , polite and friendly staff The only minor problem you could hear your neighbours above you

the rooms are clean..but can do better with the beddings sheets

Everyone is very nice, the room was nice.

The room size is amazing for the price! Love the water pressure and small but great to have balcony. The beds were also very comfortable.

This was one of our favorite stays in Japan. Our room was clean, organized and a great size! The beds were super comfy and we had great sleeps. The area is quiet and is close to a quaint river. We used their luggage delivery service as we arrived in Kyoto before check in. Their office is about a 5 minute walk from Kyoto station, and you can drop your luggage off and they will deliver it to your hotel. This allowed us to enjoy the day without our luggage before our check in! We would recommend this place to anyone staying in Kyoto.
