蓬特希尔公寓酒店-曼哈顿 (Punthill Manhattan)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Check in was delayed as room was not ready We had noisy guests in the room next to ours first night And our heater was not working in original room and wifi was non existent Diego the host came and saw us on the second day and apologised and gave us a new room - heater was so nice to have again and redeemed our first impressions of the hotel

Good location Clean Spacious

Our Go-To Melbourne Spot! Punthill Manhattan is our favorite base in Melbourne. The location is perfect, and the staff are always excellent. While the bathrooms are a little outdated and due for a refresh, the overall experience is great. We always look forward to returning!

Always our first preference when staying in Melbourne.

Bedroom floor white patches on the carpet

Given that this property was really impacted by construction next door the price, allowing for the fact that it was during the AO, was pretty good as it was very easy walking distance to Melbourne Park. Our room was an absolute dungeon, there is no other way to describe the rooms in the basement! We were realistic about this however, due to the conditions in play and once the construction is finished things should be a lot better. They don't try to pretend they are anything more than a mid range hotel but I would stay here again because the location is fantastic for the AO and the staff were lovely.

Small but functional room. Had everything we needed for one night.

Room Type: Superior One Bedroom on 3rd floor. Got a good price as construction was happening close by, but this was not much of an issue as we were there mainly over Easter. Nights Stayed: 5 Location: 4.5/5. Quality pubs and restaurants nearby. Movie theatre over the road. Not far to main part of the city. A bit further from major supermarkets, but a local IGA just around the corner and transport (trams) nearby. Bedroom: 5/5. Bed was firm, very comfortable. Side tables with lamps on both sides. Room very dark at night, despite being blinds rather than curtains. Sufficient storage. Had iron & ironing board. One of the two overhead lights was out, but no biggie. Staff: 5/5. Great, especially Leshae. Lifts: 3/5. Only 1 lift. Worked well, but a risk if something goes wrong. Shower: 4/5. Good heat and strength, though odd setup meant there was a risk of flooding if the drain was blocked (ours was, but staff gave us some Draino which largely fixed the issue). A little bit of mould. Limited towels (but extras provided when asked). Laundry Facilities: 5/5. Separate w/machine and dryer. Good setup in bathroom, as it had clothes drying rack and two strong heat lamps above, so clothes dried very quickly. Kitchen: 4/5. Fine. Full Fridge/freezer (albeit a small one), oven, stove top and microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Full sized dishwasher (old). Not quite fully fitted out for cutlery, pots & pans. General Room Conditions: 3/5. Clean, but quite dusty. Couch and singe si

I was advised that my room had to be changed last minute and I was put in a larger room. The room was very dirty with visible dirt on walls, skirting boards and doors. The room was not at all sound proof and did not have block out curtains on any windows. The main room windows only had semi-sheer blinds that could be seen through. All noises from outside could be heard and if I had not had my sleep eyemask I would not have been able to sleep due to the bright lights coming in through the window straight onto the bed. Overall, the dirtiness of the room and the noise and light made ot a not pleasant stay.

Liked the location and the room great space
