Wow, I don’t even know where to begin—everything was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond; they were not only friendly but also incredibly attentive and accommodating. The service was outstanding, and the food was simply amazing. The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. I also really appreciated the convenient shuttle service to and from downtown Ubud. Truly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The staff were so friendly and eager to make our stay a great experience. The room and private pool were wonderful.

I had the most incredible experience at this hotel, I loved every minute of it! The staff are so friendly and really know how to make customers happy! They are always so helpful and friendly! The food experience is absolutely amazing! There's a fantastic variety of delicious, well-prepared meals to choose from. I am so excited to tell you about the amazing spa at this hotel! Simply perfect!

Genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Cleverly designed pool for keeping you cool. Relaxing spa treatments

The staff at the Alena was very warm, welcoming & helpful. I only had one issue with my stay, which was everytime we turned on the shower we got a urine odor as though the previous guest urinated

This place was awesome. By far the best resort we have stayed at.

We will definitely be back! Gusti is the best!
