Short walk to South Yarra train station with frequent trains to the city. Use the City Loop train service for convenient connections to southern Cross train and bus station where airport buses and interstate or regional trains arrive. There are lifts if you have heavy luggage, but they may take a bit to find at first. The hotel is highrise and very modern and clean and well equipped. We shopped for breakfast supplies at the local Coles grocery store about 500m away. Great location with lots of nice restaurants a short walk away on Toorak road west of the train station. A really good experience!

Kitchen in need of an update

Bathroom: The bathroom has a stale water smell on arrival. Facilities in Room: The iron kept tripping the electrical circuit which meant you couldnt iron your clothes. Overall impression: Average. Value: expensive.

The location excellent, the hotel staff very nice. However our two bedroom was in the residence section, which is not a problems. The lift had a terrible odour and the room needed a better clean. The kettle needs to be replaced.

Amazing location, tight carpark, but easily navigable enough - just go straight to L6. Plenty of food and drink options within walking distance. The hotel is quiet, modern and well-appointed. We had a double, with three rooms. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only concerns were a) the noise from the train station next door that bugged my kids as they were trying to get to sleep, and b) the foyer light that I could not turn off and ended up removing the globe for the night. Other than that, it was a great stay and well worth the price, thanks!

Windows could have been cleaned, a double bed rather than two singles would have been better. The room was slightly frayed e.g. cracked mirror, a dated kettle/clothes horse. Staff were helpful and appreciated the ability to hold bags the final day after we had checked out.

Great location with easy access to transportation. Good neighbourhood. Room service was good. Room was perfect for short term stay (5 nights, small kitchenette, washer and dryer).

Trains arriving and departing from Sth Yarra station are noisy and can be heard from inside rooms.

Overall was an enjoyable stay

Great location on the steps of chapel Street.
