Flat kept in poor state with blocked bathroom sink on arrival(given chemical to unblock andfixed) also the only window to outside broken amd not able to close resultimg in air con being of very limited helpmamd quite noisy particularly at night. Also sofa ded was extremely dirty and had a broken piece of metal sticking out which could have resulted inan injury. Walls in mediocre state with many stains and marks and linen ever changed in a 2 week stay despite requests( only towels after asking) and we would.expect that as basic in a long stay as well as a clean that never took place. All the above mentioned to host via messaging but never acted upon except chemical for sink and towel change 1 week on only since requested. Overall kitchen appliamces ok buy severe lacking of usable utensils and drying cloths

Das Apartment war okay. Die Dusche war komplett verkalkt, sehr große Risse an der Wand. Und komische nicht erklärliche Spuren an den Lichtschaltern.

Fikk ikke koden til rommet før 1530, Tok ikke opp tlf når jeg forsøkte å ring. Rommet var rent men luktet innestengt.

Inte lika fräscht som på bilderna och ingen städning alls. Läget är bra dock. Finns ingen reception och man får bokstavligt talat jaga dom för att kunna få inchecknings instruktioner.

ESTÁ MUY BIEN PERO HACE FALTA MAS OPERATIVIDA CON EL CHEKING

Owners care about the money only, not about the guests comfort. We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. We had a terrible start of our holiday, if you travel with families be mindful in the area there is brothels and bars open until late with dodgy people starring. I wouldn’t recommend.

I booked last minute to attend a funeral. I called from the moment I booked (midday of the same day) up to an hour after check-in (8pm). They never answered their phone, they never returned the messages in the answering machine or messages on email. I never got into the apartment until the next day, leaving me to book another place for the first night. I never received an apology, just an email stating they had problems with their phone service the whole day I had been ringing. All to just get a code to get in I could have gotten in an automated email. It is the worst customer service I have ever received. Avoid at all cost. They turned a sad situation into a nightmare.

The apartment was as lovely as the photos. Would highly recommend
