Great for the price

It’s okay clean older hotel. Expensive if you not planning to use the spa and hotel.

It was too noisy at night : group of young children made a lot of noise. rooms were nice though.

Room is disorderly, smelly carpets on corridors, inferior and dirty curtains, outdated furniture, dirty walls, water stained ceiling with edges not filled in, old light fittings, air conditioning lacking power, blocked bathroom sink, etc., etc., the list goes on. This property is in desperate need for upgrades. The shuttle pickup is not frequent. Staff is unfriendly, never respond to online messages, communication is one way, need training in customer care.

Didn’t like anything about this property , washroom - smell like pee , shower curtain falling off , shower was broken, no toiletries ( empty holders ) , no air condition , we had to use fan which was barely working , front desk attendant not friendly at all , hard to find food after 2pm ( most of the places were closed till 6pm ) .

Un client me poursuivait et j’ai intercepté discrètement le monsieur de la réception qui était aux ascenseurs. Je lui ai demandé à 3 reprises de m’accompagner dans l’ascenseur et à ma chambre et il a refusé. Je trouve ça déplorable (7 juillet 2026 en soirée). Les autres employés ont été courtois.

Clean spacious room

No A/C during the extreme heatwave made it very difficult to sleep :(

good location the driver of the shuttle was good and charming the room bigger, clean but the window needs to be change noise Room 235 of the street(car,planeetc..) that the reason I put only 3 stars

Stepping into the room threw me back to the 1950’s!! Dirty carpet and old threaded curtains with vintage furniture. The one drawback was the noise from the outside. Got up 3 times to check if I had not left a window open!!!! Shuttle runs once an hr for a certain period only and I wish it had been disclosed ahead of time. If you arrive during the day you need to get a taxi to go to the hotel.
