It was a delight to stay in this property. The only think is internet very very slow.it was a bit fustatrating to get your fono charged. It took a day to fully charge.

My stay was overshadowed by one of the worst concierge experiences I’ve ever had. Nearly every interaction with the concierge staff was unpleasant—they were consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I arrived before several male guests, yet they were repeatedly assisted and checked in ahead of me while I was left waiting without any explanation. The treatment felt unfair and discriminatory. The final straw came when I politely asked whether another employee could help retrieve my luggage. Instead of simply answering the question, the concierge raised their voice at me, saying, “Don’t stress me. Talk to my boss.” No guest should be spoken to in that manner. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and respected. Unfortunately, I experienced the exact opposite. The lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic customer service from the concierge team completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to staff training and guest treatment.

Overall a solid hotel to stay in. The room, while basic, was clean and quiet. The hotel is located back away from the main streets which was nice after being in the hustle and bustle of Berlin all day. Public transport options were easily within walking distance, making sightseeing easy, and there were lots of restaurants nearby. We had one misunderstanding about beds, so make sure when you reserve you are absolutely clear about one or two beds. I thought I was, but apparently it didn't get communicated in my reservation. We made it work. My only complaint about the room was that our toilet ran and you had to push the button just right after the initial flush to get it to stop. Otherwise everything was great.

Bizarre design, unusable TV (5-7 analog channels), awkward room layout.

Centrally located, very nice staff, clean rooms. I would return to this hotel.

This property is charming. Tucked in off the street, it’s quiet, within walking distance to several U-Bahn stations with shopping near by. Tito was very nice, helpful, and great to talk to. My room was great. Clean and comfy. Bar staff were very friendly too!! My experience was terrific. Highly recommend.

If you want to be super close to the train station, this is the hotel for you! I liked our room, though should have pointed out I wanted a city view not the train tracks! And I really like to have a fridge in the room, so no fridge was a surprise anda bit if a bummer. Other than that it was great, and if I’m traveling by train I’d stay again.
