Location is great. Otherwise, property needs maintenance. Room was not clean in various areas. And then basic things - 1 bedroom exec does not even have one power outlet usable for charging a phone or laptop (there is one, in the desk, that no apple charger will fit)..

Great location and very friendly staff. The room was a great size, but could have been cleaned a little better (stains around sink, fake eye lashes stuck to wall next to coffee station). Missing chargers on second side of bed, and bed was extra firm which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The blankout curtains were fantastic, and AC strong and quiet. Overall I would recommend depending on the nightly rate. Gym and facilities missing clean towels for use, paper only.

The location of the hotel is central with lots of eateries/cafes/coffee shops etc. 2 blocks away from the Sheung Wan mtr makes it extremely convenient. Busy during the day but nights are relatively quiet compared to certain areas that are more vibrant such as Mong Kok or Causeway Bay. It's our first time staying at the Mercer. We would stay here again. The room was clean and fair size with lots of drawers and storage space which we liked. The staff were helpful and polite. They even helped us call for a taxi after we checked out. Overall a good experience.

Good location in central Hong Kong. Walkable to some attractions. Accomodation is good, although the bed was very hard.

Really good room with seating and dining space. We were on a dizzyingly high floor, great view.
