The room is clean and the staff Mika & Sha are friendly and helpful

Room is clean. Hotel reception is helpful.

A little request to get toilet paper but was turned down by the receptionist. For the bath foam & shampoo, only a little bottle of each was given. Hello, we are 2 adults and normally hotels supplying 2 sets. No corridor lights as think the bulb not working, yet no maintenance. Lift was too dark inside. Overall, think the management is too stingy. Not worth the price paid.

Ac no services and not cooling

This time the pillow case and bed sheet were not change at all. Its 1001 crumpled and smiles sweaty

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, and the price was very affordable. However, the condition of the toilet, towels, and bedsheets could be improved; the towels and bedsheets had a slight yellowing, the aircon also making some noise throughout the night. On the plus side, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they provided a toothbrush, 2 bottles of mineral water, and one-time use slippers, which was a nice touch.

Room is clean and other facilities is in good condition..value for money

The property was clean and tidy.. only the air conditioner was not cooling enough

Heater was not working at the time of check-in. Hotel should have notified us in advance.
