尼斯阿波利奈尔酒店 (Apollinaire Nice, WorldHotels Distinctive)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

We had a great time in Nice and the hotel was great.

The room was very clean and as expected however the staff was absolutely horrid. The front desk check in staff did not inform us that breakfast costs an extra fee and I even clarified that it is included to which he later denied. We also requested to borrow beach towels and they also did not inform us of a charge for those. On top of that their amenities were misleading as the casting system to the television was broken the entire stay. When asked when it would be fixed, they simply said it wouldn’t be fixed until we checked out. No compensation of any type was offered. Overall the communication was utterly abysmal and I would not recommend to others solely because the staff was not accountable for anything whatsoever. I will be taking this up with my credit card company as a dispute.

Very clean and staff very attentive

Excellent hotel well located for the centre of Nice & around 10 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais & beach. Hotel was clean & staff were friendly, informative & helpful. Refillable water station is provided near the Wellness centre. Breakfast was good, which can be taken inside or outside in the central courtyard. Great hotel choice if you're staying in Nice.

Beautiful property with an amazing staff! The rooms were a good size and it’s very clean!

This hotel was fantastic. Practically a 5 star just sans a full restaurant which would have made it a solid 5 star by any standard. We stayed in the junior suite with a family of four and it was large and spacious. The hotel was perfectly located to partake in all that Nice has to offer. It had plenty of shopping, restaurants, and their "high street" and metro within a 3 min walk of the property. The promenade was only a 6-7 mins walk away and relatively flat. The service provided by the hotel staff was excellent and I would definitely stay here on a future stay.

Merveilleux endroit! Je recommande fortement! Personnel très gentil et attentionné. Propre, calme et extrêmement bien situé.

Great location. Short walk to shopping and Old Town. Our room had high ceilings and big windows, and was larger than what we were expecting. A/C was great and staff was wonderful. Parking is somewhat problematic as it is off site at a nearby parking garage, but you’re able to get a discounted rate which was greatly appreciated as we were here three nights.

Everything was great except for the exercise room which was lacking a good set of equipment.

Gran hotel! Excelente localización.
