Guests must transfer to the property via airplane and boat and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property is accessible only via airplane and boat, or helicopter (surcharges apply). Airplane and boat transfers are available for a minimum of 2 guests; the listed mandatory transfer fee covers this option. Guests depart from Nadi International Airport (NAN) via 30-minute flight to Pacific Harbour followed by a 35-minute boat ride across the lagoon. Flights depart daily from Nadi Domestic Airport at 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM. The property will attempt to contact guests via the provided contact details immediately after booking to arrange transfers. If contact details provided during booking are not accurate or guests do not respond to the property, guests will be responsible for contacting the property directly to book their transfers. To ensure availability, transfers should be booked at least 45 days in advance. Transfers on specific arrival dates and times are subject to availability, and refunds will not be available if guests did not contact the property in advance as requested. Helicopter transfers are weather and daylight hours dependent. A minimum of 2 persons travelling together is required Transfers via helicopter are 35-minutes in duration from Nadi Airport. The fee is FJD 1,600 per person, one way. Departure times are confirmed 7 days before travel.
