The hotel is buried in the midst of the casino. Decor theme is flowers which is nice. Distance between the parking and check-in and hotel elevators is considerable for guests with disabilities. Bathrooms in lobby area are far from Starbucks and bakery. The restaurants were far from the main elevators to rooms and did not visit. Room in seventh floor was quiet and beds were comfortable. Room has good size and is well maintained. Shower was accessible and with good pressure. Parking was $10 per night with in and out privilege.

Never use Expedia waste of time, frustration and in the end money. If your lucky and get the right person they'll try and be helpful if not your screwed. Extremely deceptive. Won't use again.

I try to visit the Borgata at least once a year, and we have a great experience every time. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the staff is consistently courteous and helpful. There’s always something to do, from the casino to the restaurants and shows at the Music Box, making each stay enjoyable and memorable.

I was very pleased with my two day stay. I wish it was longer. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The housekeeper was really nice. The food court was good and easy accessible. Next time I will try the buffett. I have nothing to say bad because i will be returning. I love it there. 9.0 rating
