超赞 We were very pleased with our stay! Our room had plenty of space. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very attentive and always a step ahead. They even prepared breakfast boxes for us since we had an early start for our hike and we were going to miss breakfast. They made our stay so memorable.

很好 Great staff and location. Great view at #1224. Room was a little small for the price, but had a nice terrace. Main drawback was no AC in the rooms or gym.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, starting with staff - at front desk, concierge, restaurant, valet - everyone was super nice and helpful. Room itself was lovely with a beautiful view and housekeeping did a great job every day. Location couldn’t be better. Absolutely loved our stay there.

Expensive but what isn't in Cortina? Otherwise, the staff is terrific - from the check in to the lounge and everything in between. The rooms are spacious and nice though it was hot and none in my group (we had 6 rooms) were able to figure out how to cool them down.

The location is great. The staff were like lifetime memorable best hotel we've ever stayed at. Including at the restaurants. We were here in a heatwave and it's especially hard to sleep when it's 90° in the room and no air conditioning and if you open the door it's above the very loud bar. However the staff was so fantastic it's hard to not give them a five-star review and that's why it's a five star.

The staff is very generous and willing to help with whatever you need. I love the valet option and not worrying where to park the car.

We loved this hotel. The spa was really luxurious and the service was A+. We especially LOVED the breakfast. My only complaint is that the hotel advertised having air -conditioning and it did not. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was great but he food was expensive and cost for a table to eat was not told to me as we were shown a the table outside. I was very disappointed in this to be honest
