It was very hot in Copenhagen. The hotel did not have Air Conditioning.

It was fine for us. The room was OK. It was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Location was ok for us we did not mind the walk to downtown Copenhaguen.

We arrived super early and the front desk clerk, Juan, was extremely helpful in having our bags held till check in time. He even recommended an amazing bakery to have a wonderful pastry and coffee (Anderson’s Bakery). Best almond croissant I’ve ever eaten.
The hotel was modern and quiet. The restaurants in the hotel were excellent. You must try the Thai restaurant downstairs. Wonderful atmosphere and food.
Overall very nice stay.

Loved the location, but it took two days to get maintenance to look and fix our non-working tv. It took less than a minute to fix once maintenance showed up.

很好 Very nice hotel, quiet, great location, helpful staff.

Negatives only that shower water pressure is terrible and the rainfall shower head did not work.
Also within hours of arrival one of my key cards locked me out due to a malfunction with it.
Great choice regardless. You won’t be disappointed.

满意 Breakfast was the best part of the stay
No AC in the room or able to turn on a fan so it gets very hot and stuffy when it’s warm outside.
Elevators are very slow and old.
