The property was clean and well kept, the staff were kind and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent choice in a great location!

A most wonderful hotel in a terrific neighborhood within walking distance of the lake. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed and elegantly decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom with walk-in shower and enough room for a stool was accommodated two sinks and plenty of good quality towels. The staff was delightful, prompt and super efficient. Room and maid service were excellent. Breakfast at CH 42 seems expensive .But for us it is THE Go -TO address in Zurich. Brilliant staff Very helpful and friendly We had a great stay

It was pristine, new and in a very clean condition. Modern amenities and a great downtown location.

Stay Away from this hotel. This is at best a 3.5-star hotel, not the 5-star listed here. There is no air conditioning to speak of, rooms were at best at 27 degrees C at night. The staff is wonderfully polite though, but would be good if they would not lie about not being able to fix the air conditioning and rooms not being ready -- when the rooms actually were ready. Overall, a poor quality hotel and no reason to stay here if you have other choices.

One receptionist was very rude (Red haired Polish lady). That’s all. Expect more from five star hotel staff.

Staff was good Extremely disappointed that our hotel charged us extra for a suite yet had no real working air conditioning Room would not go below 22 C

Warm welcome and great staff and service!

The property has GREAT staff, they are very accommodating and helpful. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend!
